Shipping information
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.
Delays may occur, for example due to a high volume of orders or problems with the postal service.

Pickup in store
You can avoid shipping costs with free local collection at Via Vittorio Alfieri, 6 - 15011 Acqui Teme (AL). Once you place your order, pay and select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepped and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the relevant instructions.
Our in-store collection times are:
- opening hours on the following days: 09:00 - 12:00 from Monday to Friday
When you come to collect your order, make sure you have your confirmation email with you.

Returns Policy
Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for returns. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Products are generally photographed before shipping, except when the product is new in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Further items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift Vouchers
* Downloadable software products
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Any new, used, refurbished item used outside of its normal use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@huma-techshop.com and send the item to the following address: Via Alessandria, 83 15019 Strevi AL Italy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.
Shipping

The shipping costs for returning the item are included in the shipping cost with the Reverse option with which you received the product.; the waybill for the return will be contained inside the package received. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
