Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened in the original packaging or have never been used.

 If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems (Defective products)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it. For our defective products, returns are shipped free of charge. This means that the shipping fee is EUR 0.00 and the restocking fee is EUR 0.00.

For your responsibility (Customer Remorse),

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item you purchased by mistake is no longer needed or if there are wrong products, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it. For your regret products, you need to bear a certain amount for return shipping. The actual cost of return shipping will be borne by you. The restocking fee is EUR 0.00.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
